Bluthner, Lucid & Lumiere Piano Warranty
Every piano sold by Luxury Pianos Inc. is protected by a comprehensive factory warranty, ensuring long-term reliability and peace of mind for our clients.
All Blüthner Lucid pianos include a 5-year manufacturer warranty on the instrument along with a 30-year warranty on Evonik acrylic components.
Our Lumiere pianos include a 5-year warranty on piano parts and a 10-year warranty on acrylic components.
Each instrument is carefully inspected prior to shipment from the factory to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. After delivery and a short acclimation period, we recommend scheduling a professional tuning to ensure optimal performance.
What Is Covered Under the Piano Warranty
During the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace components affected by material or manufacturing defects. This includes critical structural elements such as the cast iron frame, soundboard structure, key mechanism, and pedal system.
In the rare event of a major structural defect, the instrument may be replaced.
Recommended Care & Maintenance
Tuning, regulation, and voicing are considered routine maintenance and are not included in the warranty.
After delivery, we recommend scheduling the first tuning within 2–3 months, once the piano has acclimated to its new environment. Thereafter, the instrument should be tuned once or twice per year by a qualified technician.
For optimal performance, the piano should be kept in an environment with relative humidity between 45% and 70%.
